In these challenging times, our mission and services are even more critical to the fabric of our community, and especially to our families. Each day we bring a sense of stability and belonging to the lives of hundreds of Greenwich residents, from the 400 children in our aquatics programs, and the 170 children in our day care and afterschool programs to the dozens of adults and seniors we help keep fit and active. Many of our members receive services because of the Y’s scholarship and financial assistance programs. Each year, the Greenwich Family YMCA provides more than $300,000 in assistance to those in need. You can make a difference. Every day the generosity of our members plays a vital role in providing services, improving facilities, and enhancing programming. To make a gift to the Greenwich Family YMCA, please call Rebecca Fretty at 203-869-1630 ext. 521.

Greenwich Marlins Diving Club
Through the support and generosity of Christina Powers and the Powers Family, the Greenwich Family YMCA is developing a scholarship in memory of her husband, Stephen.
The Stephen B. Powers Scholarship will be awarded annually to Greenwich Marlins divers who demonstrate academic achievement, dedication to the sport of diving and competitive excellence and outstanding community service. This scholarship will build strength in spirit and character in our divers while honoring the way Stephen lived his life. The entire Greenwich Family YMCA is grateful for the opportunity to share Stephen’s legacy.
