Beginning the first Sunday after Thanksgiving, Betteridge will open its doors to the public on Sundays from 12 – 5 pm. Sunday, November 25th - Paul Morelli

Paul has been immersed in the design world since childhood, when he worked as an apprentice to his father, an opera and theater costume designer based in Philadelphia. His love of fashion and art, his precise, perfectionist nature and his preference for working with his hands, led Paul on a different, but parallel path – the exacting and challenging avenue of jewelry design.

Paul’s pieces are collected by notable personalities in the literary, film and art worlds. He will be showcasing his new ‘Spaghetti Collection’, an engaging array of woven, multi-stranded18k gold and diamonds earrings, bracelets and necklaces.

Sunday, December 9th - Monica Rich Kosann

Monica is an accomplished photographer and creator of jewelry and ‘image cases’ specifically designed to capture the emotional significance and imagery of family life.

Monica, and her husband Rod, will be showcasing their new collection ‘The Charmed Life’. The collection is inspired by the Vintage Charm Bracelets that have been created in families over time. The pieces have a scale and weight that are missing from the Charm Bracelets commonly offered. The individual charms are truly unique, full of whimsy and rare beauty.

Peter and Terry Betteridge were born into a family of jewelers from Greenwich, Ct. With Peter in Scottsdale and Terry in Greenwich they represent the current generation of Betteridge Jewelers. They are fifth generation jewelers whose roots are traced back to Birmingham England where the Betteridge name has been synonymous with silversmithing and fine jewelry since the 1700’s. Peter, raised at the jeweler’s bench, is a proud member of the Appraisers Association of America which requires him to adhere to a strict code of ethics and to maintain a comprehensive knowledge in his fields of fine exotic gemstones and period and estate jewelry .

A.E. Betteridge, Peter’s grandfather, emigrated from England in the early 1900’s and opened a fine jewelry store in downtown Manhattan, eventually expanding to The Nautilus Hotel in Miami Beach. A.E. "Bert" Betteridge purchased W.D.Webb Jewelers on the Avenue in Greenwich, Ct. in 1950 where it stands today under the able direction of Peter’s brother "Terry " Betteridge. Today the two stores, Scottsdale, Az. and Greenwich, Ct. continue the family tradition of the finest in jewelry and personal service !
