This is the Privacy Policy of www1.vivapop.com (the "Service"), operated by liliLojik LLC ("we", "our" or "liliLojik"). The following policy explains our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Your use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. You should check back to this policy frequently, since it is subject to change from time to time, and your continued use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of any modifications hereto. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the changes with regard to information collected in the past and in the future from you. If you do not agree to the changes, you may opt-out as described in Part F below.

A. Information Collected

1. Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected:

When you register with the Service, our registration form may require you to give us certain information such as your name, email address, and zip code. liliLojik will also collect other information you volunteer to us through use of the Service. We refer to this information as "Personally Identifiable Information." You may always choose not to provide such Personally Identifiable Information; however, this may limit our ability to provide you with a specific service or particular content. We may also collect demographic and other data, which may include Personally Identifiable Information, generally through surveys and forms in which you may or may not choose to participate.

2. Your Children�s Personally Identifiable Information:

This Service is intended for parents, legal guardians, and other heads of households. The entry of children�s Personally Identifiable Information by anyone except his/her parent or legal guardian is prohibited. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as name and email address from children under 13 years old. We take steps to ensure that those who wish to register or submit personal information on the Service meet certain age requirements before they can do so. We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly. liliLojik will not require the disclosure of a child�s Personally Identifiable Information, but may contain fields where a parent or legal guardian may elect to disclose such Personally Identifiable Information. The Service will not share your child�s Personally Identifiable Information with third parties for any purpose without your express consent. A parent or legal guardian can also review a child�s personal information or delete it by following the procedure described in Part F.

3. Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected by liliLojik's Business Partners:

liliLojik works with third-party program providers, advertising companies, sponsors and other companies with whom we do business ("Business Partners") related to the Service.

liliLojik may correlate or match the aggregated information of our registered users with information held by our Business Partners to target ads or otherwise improve the effectiveness of the Service.

From time to time, liliLojik may also have special offers or promotions that are sponsored by a Business Partner. In order to participate in these offers, you may be asked to follow a separate registration process. If you consent to receive information from a Business Partner, through an opt-in or opt-out process, liliLojik may pass your information to such Business Partner.

In some cases, we may enter into a promotional relationship with a Business Partner in which we prominently display their brand name or trademarks on pages that appear the same as or very similar to the pages of the Service. These pages are known as "Co-Branded Pages" and these particular Business Partners are known as "Co-Branded Business Partners." If the page on which you submit information is a Co-Branded Page, or was accessed by clicking on a link on a Co-Branded Page, then the associated Co-Branded Business Partner may receive any personal information that you share. Co-Branded Business Partners may use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. liliLojik disclaims all liability for the privacy policies and procedures on any Business Partner or Co-Branded Business Partner Web site. You will need to contact the Co-Branded Business Partner to instruct them directly regarding your preferences for the use of your personal information by them. Additionally, you agree that we may use and disclose all such information so submitted to such Co-Branded Business Partners in the same manner in which we are entitled to use and disclose any other information you submit to us (see Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information by Business Partners below).

4. Cookies

liliLojik wants to optimize your experience by ensuring that the most relevant information is displayed to you while using the Service. A common manner in which to do this is by placing cookies on your computer. Cookies are strings of text and numbers that can identify your computer to us when you visit the Service, and which may be correlated with your Personally Identifiable Information in our log files.

5. IP Address

When you visit the Service, we log standard information such as your IP address, which is a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider, along with the URL from which you came to the Service and the URLs visited at the Service. A URL is the full address of a Web site page, which may or may not contain some Personally Identifiable Information about the person who is viewing it.

6. Pixel Tags

The Service uses pixel tags to gather information about the emails we send to our registered users and to recipients of communications. Pixel tags are tiny graphic files, not visible to the human eye, that are included in our HTML-encoded email messages. When such a message is opened in an HTML-capable email program, the recipient's computer will access our server to retrieve the pixel tag file, allowing us to record and store, along with your email address, the date and time the recipient viewed the reminder, that the recipient's email program is capable of receiving HTML-encoded email, and other standard logging information. The pixel tag also may see or read cookies. For more information about cookies and how to disable their use, see the section below on "Use of Cookies."

B. Use of Information

1. Use Of Your Personally Identifiable Information:

liliLojik does not sell, share or otherwise provide any "Personally Identifiable Information" you give to us with any Business Partner without your consent, which may be obtained through an opt-in or opt-out request (see Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information by Business Partners below), unless required by law, court order or as required to technically operate the Service, or to complete a transaction or order. liliLojik does reserve the right to share your Personally Identifiable Information with any affiliated entities ("affiliated entities" are those companies that liliLojik owns or controls, a company that owns or controls liliLojik, or is owned or controlled by such companies). We use the collected Personally Identifiable Information to schedule and remind you of your calendar entries, to contact you in connection with your transactions, posting and other activities on the site, to forward to you messages from other users, and to otherwise communicate with you about the Service. Each communication we send to you, other than communications sent to you for the sole purpose of addressing a technical or operational issue regarding the Service, will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further communications from us. In addition, we use your Personally Identifiable Information to help us provide you with personalized content.

2. Use Of Your Personally Identifiable Information By Other Family Members:

Your other family members will be able to view the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide, unless you choose to hide such information. On the other hand, you will be able to view all of your family members� Personally Identifiable Information and you will have the ability to edit it.

4. Use Of Cookies:

IP addresses may be disclosed to Business Partners if liliLojik believes in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, or to protect the rights or property of liliLojik or others. In addition, our Business Partners may use information derived from your IP address, such as conducting a reverse domain name lookup, in order to provide advertisements more tailored to your interests.

C. When We May Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information, Posted Content, Data or Contact Information

liliLojik may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information or the contents of your private communications, if it believes in good faith it is required to do so in order to (a) comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on the Service, (b) enforce this Policy or the Terms of Use, (c) respond to claims that that liliLojik has acted improperly or in violation of the law; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of liliLojik, its users and the public. You authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of any activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.

Your Personally Identifiable Information may also be disclosed if necessary in order to complete a transaction. Also, certain technical processing of email messages and their content may be required to: (1) send and receive messages; (2) conform to connecting networks' technical requirements; (3) conform to the limitations of the Service; or (4) conform to other similar requirements.

It is possible that as we continue to develop the Service, liliLojik and/or related assets might be acquired. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

This site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and integrity of the information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.

This Service contains links to other Web sites. liliLojik is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

F. Opt-Out/Correct/Delete/Deactivate

While liliLojik does not give you the opportunity to remove your information from our database, you may elect to discontinue use of the Service. If you are a registered user and would like to discontinue use, please follow the procedure below to delete your identity using the edit function.

liliLojik allows its users the option to change information previously provided. This may be done through the following method:

1. Visit www1.vivapop.com and log in;

2. Click on the POP tab;

3. Select a family member in the Family Members box; and

4. Click on the up arrow at the top of the box to edit.

G. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or previous privacy policy statements shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation and arbitration as provided under our Terms of Use.
